💖 Turn off Wi-Fi at night; use a plug timer so you don’t forget
💖 Switch phones to airplane mode while you sleep (and during the day whenever possible!)
💖 Manually turn off Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and data (airplane mode doesn’t always do this automatically)
💖 Use wired headphones instead of wireless ones
💖 Use speakerphone or radiation-reducing cases when talking on your mobile
💖 Don’t carry phones in pockets or bras
💖 Wear EMF Protection Clothing, especially when flying
💖 Opt out of smart meter installations or keep your smart meter turned off as much as possible
💖 Create tech-free times: mornings, mealtimes, bedtimes, walks in nature
💖 Don’t sleep near modems, smart tech, or cordless phones
💖 Use an EMF protection device to minimise exposure
💖 Use ethernet instead of Wi-Fi whenever you can, or opt for a low EMF wireless router
💖 Spend more time in nature, it’s the ultimate reset. Nature’s my favourite no-signal zone
